Every month, they needed to gather meter readings directly from office copiers at customer sites. These readings were then manually entered into spreadsheets to calculate billing, an error-prone process that consumed valuable time and resources.

While they had an in-house billing system, it was plagued by performance issues and bugs, rendering it unreliable and unfit for launch. That’s when CMC Global stepped in.
