Leadership isn't merely a title bestowed at birth, it's about actions, impact and a dynamic process forged through experience and continuous learning. From my humble beginnings as a diligent student to honing my skills as a proficient surgeon, each step paved the way for my eventual role as a leader. It's a transition marked by trust, responsibility, and the sudden realization that I was no longer just a healthcare professional, but a leader entrusted with guiding, motivating, and collaborating with my team.

Through my experiences, I've identified some key principles for effective leadership:

???????? ?????? ???????? - Actions speak louder than words. A leader must embody the values and behaviors they expect from their team.

???????????????? ?????? ???????? ???? ?????? ?????????? ?????????????????? - Leaders have a responsibility to set a clear vision and guide the organization towards its goals.

???????????????? ????????????????-???????????? - Especially in healthcare, where lives are on the line, decisions need to be fair and objective.

Few additional aspects that I would like to talk about within a healthcare organization

?????????????? ?????????????? ??????????: Heading the hospital, I realise that at the heart of our organization lies a steadfast commitment to patient-centric care. Understanding that every decision and action must revolve around the well-being of our patients underscores the essence of our mission.

???????????????? ???? ?????????????????? ????????: An inclusive approach is essential. Every member of the leadership team must share the same vision and spirit, ensuring alignment in execution. It's about empowering others to learn, grow, and contribute, even in the face of challenges. Because, as they say, "To err is human." Mistakes will happen, but it's how we learn from them, innovate, and come back stronger that truly defines us.

?????????????????? ????????????????????: As leaders, exuding confidence amidst adversity isn't always easy. Yet, it's precisely during such trying times that our steadfast resolve and unwavering belief in our team's capabilities become paramount. Through our words and actions, we have the power to inspire and motivate those around us, steering the organization towards success.?
