The complexity lies in making decisions that often don't have clear-cut answers. This is what makes knowledge work so challenging, yet so essential to business outcomes. It’s not just about the data, it’s about understanding context, experience, and the interplay of variables that don’t fit neatly into a rulebook. Industries like healthcare, insurance, and finance are heavily reliant on high-quality decisions. Even small misjudgments can result in profound consequences.
