From Racing Horse to Quantum Being: My Journey Through Nothingness

From Racing Horse to Quantum Being: My Journey Through Nothingness

Have you ever watched a racing horse, its eyes fixed forward, running endlessly toward a finish line that keeps moving? That was me, and perhaps that's you too.

Picture this: You're that horse, trained to run relentlessly. Your jockey – perhaps a boss, a target, or society's expectations—keeps pushing you forward. Then suddenly, everything stops. The track disappears. The jockey dismounts. The cheering crowds fall silent.

What happens when a racing horse is told to stop racing?

I faced this void when my corporate journey hit an unexpected pause. When I asked my former boss, "What am I supposed to do now?" his silence spoke volumes. Sometimes, the most profound answers lie in the absence of answers.

The Descent into Nothingness Like many of us caught in the corporate whirlwind, I had defined myself by my race—the targets, the achievements, the constant forward motion. When it all stopped, I plunged into what I now call "nothingness." Depression crept in. Self-doubt became my companion. My self-esteem crumbled like autumn leaves.

For nine months, I did nothing but read and sleep. My body, ever wise, finally sent me a warning—a 20% stroke that left me numb on one side. It was a wake-up call that screamed, "You need yourself more than you need the race."

The Quantum Awakening Enter Dr. Joe Dispenza's "Becoming Supernatural." This book became my bridge from nothingness to quantum energy. I realized something profound: the battles we fight in the corporate world often don't deserve the energy we invest in them.

Think about this: How many of us prefer a simple meal on weekends? Yet, how many years did it take us to appreciate this simplicity? I learned that you can't add a gram of gold to what you eat – a metaphor that now guides my life's choices.

The New Triangle of Life Today, my existence revolves around three points: Work, Family, and Coaching. I work from 10 to 6, choosing smart work over hard work, and understanding over endless acceleration. I've stopped being the horse that others want to win with. Instead, I've become the horse that chooses its own races.

Living in Quantum Energy For those curious about embracing quantum energy, here's what I've learned:

  1. Start with the basics – read "Becoming Supernatural"
  2. Practice blessing meditation to activate your chakras
  3. Simplify your life – declutter both spaces and thoughts
  4. Choose your battles wisely
  5. Listen to your body's wisdom

The Results Recently, while traveling with my family, strangers commented on my beautiful smile and our collective happiness. It wasn't staged; it was the natural outcome of choosing peace over chaos, simplicity over complexity.

We all hold tickets to both heaven and hell in our daily lives. The question is: Which reality are you choosing to create?

To my fellow corporate warriors: You don't have to stop running entirely. Just make sure you're running your own race, at your own pace, toward your own finish line.

Remember, quantum energy isn't about achieving more – it's about being more. It's about finding that sweet spot where existence doesn't exhaust you but enriches you.

Are you ready to transform from a racing horse to a quantum being?
