?? Chapter News: Great Lakes Regional Event

?

Last weekend, my wife, Krista, and I had the pleasure of attending the Great Lakes Region multi-chapter event in Grand Rapids featuring Dr. Timothy Gray! As usual, Dr. Gray was inspirational. Before his talk, a marriage retreat took place with over 60 members. It was a joy to witness many couples celebrating milestone wedding anniversaries during the retreat. It served as a poignant reminder of the importance of nurturing marriages to create strong families.

As we look ahead, I am excited to share that the Legatus Father and Son retreat is scheduled for late July. Only a few spots are available, so dads, sign yourselves and your sons up quickly at this link . The retreat will provide a unique opportunity for participants to strengthen their relationships and create lasting memories, in a joyful environment centered on Christ.

?? U.S. Bishops to Meet Next Week

?

The (“subject to change”) agenda is out for next week’s 2023 Spring Plenary Assembly of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The full agenda so far can be found here . The document lists items for discussion. They include the formation of priests, discussion of priorities for the USCCB Strategic Plan, and development of a pastoral statement related to persons with disabilities.
