From PowerPoint to Reality: Our Growth Journey

Yesterday was a day of excitement, laughter, and great ideas as we gathered for our company conference at the LePad. Our mission was to go from our growth journey in PowerPoint to what we can achieve in reality. But before diving into the nitty-gritty, we decided to start the day with one of our core values: “have fun”!

We had the conference at LeDap and started off playing paddle. Jeanette's team was fantastic, providing excellent setup, instructions for paddle for every level and great food and service. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our conference.

As we moved into the business portion of the day, our focus was on updating each other on what is happening right now at the different parts of the company – as well as our new vision, mission, strategy, and goals. We then had a workshop on how to go from a vision in PowerPoint to reality. This was an opportunity for everyone to contribute their ideas and insights on how we can achieve our goals.

The workshop was a great success, and we had a lively discussion with many excellent ideas. It was a reminder that our company culture of "dream big", “have fun” and "get sh*t done" is not just a tagline, but a part of our DNA. We ended the day with a summary of our workshop, feeling energized and excited about the possibilities ahead.

But what made the day truly special was the core value of having fun. Laughter and team building are integral parts of our culture, and our day at LePad was a testament to that. It was a reminder that while we take our work seriously, we can still have a good time while doing it.

As we continue our growth journey and look to fill vacant positions in our company, we are excited about the possibilities ahead. Our conference was a reminder that when we come together, share ideas, and have fun, we can achieve great things.
