From Pigeons & Poop to Palaces for People.

Last week Governor Healey toured the most amazing affordable housing in the State, the Worcester County Courthouse.? ??

Through the brilliant design skills of The Architectural Team and tenacious vision of Trinity Financial, Inc. , TOCCI rescued almost 300,000 sf in 2 connected, decomposing buildings. Together we transformed them into some of the most spectacular affordable rental housing in New England, if not the East Coast.

?Two prior contractors couldn't make the numbers work, yet with the invaluable help of 40 Trade Partners TOCCI made it happen...right through the heart of COVID. Kudos to all, especially SMS Demolition, Superior Plumbing, A&A Window, Excel Fire Protection, H.Carr & Sons Drywall, Millwork One, ECI and finally, John W. Egan Painting, who put a gleaming finish on 5 million cubic feet of restored architecture and 118 ‘home sweet homes’.

?Overcoming the pandemic, the team still exceeded all local and social justice goals while delivering the preservation project of the year and winner of ULI’s Jack Kemp Award. ??
