In this article, I will teach you how to remove any negative story that runs your life so you can move forward confidently towards achieving what you desire.
Your story is emotion. What do I mean by that? For each story that has been storied in your subconscious mind there is an emotion, or a set of emotions associated with it, otherwise you have no story.
Let me ask you a question: in your everyday life, you experience things through your senses and save a lot of information consciously, but can you remember everything you saw, heard, or learned?! No, you can't. You can only remember the things that you have created emotions about. The things that made you feel good or bad about. How many cars have you seen in total? How many people have you met throughout your life? Can you remember every car or face that you have seen?
Of course not, but why is that? Because the brain has a conscious and a subconscious mind. The conscious mind stores things only for a short period of time. The things that have emotions associated with them go on to be stored in your subconscious mind, and the rest is forgotten.
Your story consists of stored information in your subconscious mind, which you perceived as negative. It has been created by an imbalanced perception and hasn't been cleared out yet. It doesn't matter whether you experienced it within the last five minutes or decades ago.
There is no difference between a woman's story who was raped when she was only 13 years old and a man's story who grew up with only one parent. Story is story, if you don't clear it out it will continue to run your life, weigh you down and prevent you from getting what you want.
If you want to change your story you must dissolve the emotion, or the emotions associated with that story. In order to dissolve the emotion, you must balance out your perception about the story. Otherwise, it would remain stored in your subconscious mind taking up space, time and energy and running your life unless you clear it out.
I lived with the story of ''I am not enough'' for many years. Of course there were many reasons for this. Every story led me to create another story because I lived through scary and difficult circumstances in my life.
When I was a child, I survived a genocide campaign against my nation, the Kurdish people, by the government of Iraq, but that wasn't the end of the disaster. Actually, it was only stage one of the campaign which was about killing and massacring people.
After that, they started another campaign which was called cultural elimination. The aim of the campaign was to eliminate anything that belonged to my nation like language, traditions, or culture in general.
I grew up in a city where I was restricted and surrounded by military. We had no freedom at all. For instance, I wasn't allowed to study in my mother’s language - Kurdish. Instead, I was forced to study in another language - Arabic.
For a long time, my story was ''I am not enough'', ''Life is not fair'' or '' life is not for me'', until I discovered the secret of dissolving emotions.
This didn’t happen overnight, it took me ten years of hard work starting from working with therapists, coaches, attending seminars, taking life coaching courses and reading and researching thousands of hours in the area of human behaviour.
I started dissolving all my emotional baggage starting from childhood and changed all my negative stories that shifted my mindset from being a victim of my history to a master of my destiny.
For you, there's no need to go through years of the self-discovery process. As they say, 'Learn the wisdom of ages without the aging process'. I am here to help you do that".

What is your story?
Is it that you grew up in a dysfunctional or abusive family environment? Is it that you struggle with feelings of inadequacy or low self-esteem due to past experiences or societal pressures? Is it that you carry the weight of past mistakes or regrets that haunt your thoughts and actions? What is the tape that you play over and over again in your head?

Now, grab a pen and some papers in hand. Disconnect from anything that distracts you, then pay close attention to what I am about to teach you.
Write down your story. It could be anything that you perceive as a void, something missing in your life, a painful experience, or a difficult challenge.
For instance, you might say ''I don't have a father'' or ''I feel unattractive''.? Whatever it is just put it on paper.
Once you have done that, look for ways in which your story has benefited you in your life. I know what you are thinking: ''What do you mean by benefited me?''. I get it, because I used to think just like you do until I studied it in depth.
Let's take a step back to my story to see how it helped me, just to show you how to do it.
I sat down and asked myself, “What is the benefit of the genocide campaign to me?” I looked for the benefits in every area of my life- Spiritual, mental, physical, financial, vocational, familial and social, starting from my first memory of that disaster. I wrote down 200 benefits.
Now I have made peace with my past and I am grateful for everything I experienced, starting from childhood up to this day.
Let me give you some examples of the benefits I gained from my story:
As mentioned earlier, I identified 200 benefits. Upon completing the exercise, my perception of the story changed, and my emotional baggage dissolved. Tears of sorrow transformed into tears of gratitude.
Now I invite you to list at least 100 benefits of your story. Following that, ask yourself these powerful questions, "What drawbacks would I face in the seven areas of life- Spiritual, Mental, Physical, Financial, Vocational, Familial and Social- if I had experienced what I hoped for and where would I be today?"
Consider this question as well:
What would you lose if you didn't have your story? Of course, you would forfeit all the benefits gained from the story.
For example, in my case, without my story I wouldn't be here today sharing what I have learned with the world. I listed 200 drawbacks of not having the story. So, I want you to write down at least 100 drawbacks of not having your own story.
Once you have completed the exercise, or sometimes right in the middle of it, your story emerges and you will have access to a state of true gratitude and love that, maybe, you haven't experienced before. I guarantee it.
