Carrie DiPasquale, began her journey with Pearle Vision and EssilorLuxottica nearly 13 years ago. Today, as the Senior Director, Franchise Operations Services & Commercialization she leads all franchise activities, offerings, and services. A voice for our franchise owners, Carrie puts their interests and needs at the forefront.
Even more, she is a champion and mentor for our community. Carrie shares how she aims to create a positive culture and environment of belonging for all.
As a leader, how do you empower those around you?
I embrace my voice and use it to advocate for what is right. I strive to lead by example, embodying the courage to achieve my goals and the compassion to uplift others as they chase theirs.
Empowerment comes from sharing knowledge, offering support, and creating spaces where every woman feels valued and heard. I commit to mentoring others, celebrating their successes, and standing beside them through challenges while being honest.? We are stronger together, and by lifting each other up, we pave the way for a future where equality isn’t just a goal—it’s our reality.

How do you embrace well-being in and outside of work?
Self-care is the most important role.?We all need to prioritize our own well-being and encourage the women around us to do the same, recognizing that empowerment starts from within. Self-care helps me to be present for my fur babies, or when supporting women owned businesses to volunteering as an election poll worker, or simply being an ally in everyday situations.
As a female leader, how do you create a sense of belonging for all?
One powerful step you can take to make a positive impact is to actively mentor and support colleagues of all genders, especially those who might not have equal access to opportunities. Educate yourself and others about gender equality issues, and engage in conversations that promote understanding and change.? By advocating for diverse voices, and fostering an inclusive environment, you can help create a culture where everyone has the chance to succeed and grow.
