I recently did a two-part live webinar, “From Open Questions to Planning Research.” You can use these techniques at your job, in your freelancing, etc., right away. Do it!

Part 1:

• We did a sample Knowledge Quadrant exercise. I did a mini version of the facilitator role. Everybody attending live pretended to be my co-worker (or consulting client).

Part 2:

• We used the sample Knowledge Quadrant exercise from part 1 to start planning research.
• We considered audiences, how we’ll screen for them, research methods, questions, tasks, and deliverables.
