History of Creation

Originally, in July 2020, a company named Nord Beaver was founded, starting to explore the world of game development. The initial focus was on product development and a range of related services. Later, the company decided to expand internationally and established an office in Tivat, Montenegro.

In July 2024, after four years of gaining expertise in the field, the Nord Beaver team established a new brand, Jam Style. This new brand focuses solely on providing gamification solutions to businesses, helping them grow with unique gaming-related strategies.

In the early days, the startup was small, with fewer than 15 people. Now, however, the team has grown to nearly 70 members, with even more expansion on the horizon. ??

The team currently comprises professionals from 10+ different countries, including Montenegro, Armenia, Belarus, Serbia, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Turke, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Spain, Mexico.

What the Team Would Like to Improve in the Company

“I would like to see the company establish a performance review practice so that there is a regular opportunity to receive feedback on our work and understand the company’s needs for skill development. I hope the culture of communication within the company remains strong. I also hope that the company will someday be large enough to organize corporate events. :)”


“In terms of management and culture, I think it would be great to improve employees’ immersion in each other’s lives outside of work. For example, gathering everyone together every six months or year to chat in person, not just about work, but to get to know each other as interesting individuals. Considering the company’s rapid growth, I would also try to make the activities on different projects more transparent, as much of this information currently stays within teams or management groups. Most employees only catch glimpses of project updates in passing or during calls.”


“This is a personal preference, but I miss having in-person collaboration in a fully distributed team. I understand that remote work is essential for small teams looking to hire the best talent, especially when relocating everyone to a place like Dubai isn’t feasible. However, sometimes I would love to share a cup of coffee with a colleague!”
