I decided to try the Amsoil Synthetic Polymeric EP Truck Chassis Grease that Dave introduced us to. Since then I have increased the grease interval by almost 2 weeks in immediate areas on particular machines and 1-2 days longer on immediate areas for average day grease and other areas that don't need grease every day.

This has also has cut back on man hours in greasing functions. Off the top of my head I would say we have now reduced grease function labor hours by 20% at a $29 per hour labor rate.

I also use the Amsoil water resistant grease on my street sweeper with 72 grease points because we use high pressure power washing machines and it holds up much better during that process. I've extended greasing functions out 2 more weeks on these as well.

Great products and we are very happy since our machines are out running daily.
