Today, I want to share a story about my journey as an Engineer, coming from a middle-class background and finding little success in my career ??.
Growing up in a small village, I was always fascinated by technology and its potential to shape the world. However, being from a middle-class family meant that resources were limited, Nobody was there to guide me and opportunities were not readily available. But that didn't deter my determination to pursue my dreams.
?? It was the first time I used a computer in my relative’s shop which they used to make for photo editing and stuff, I got the opportunity to do some work on real computers in the era of keypad phones (Nokia 1100) and GPRS.
I worked hard throughout my education, constantly looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.
?? College (tier-3) wasn't a smooth ride for me. Hailing from a middle-class family, I faced financial constraints and academic hurdles for that my family supported me a lot I am always thankful, for my low marks in 10th and for missing out on those coveted on-campus placements. It was a tough phase, but it didn't define me.
?? Instead of giving in to despair, I chose to turn my struggles into stepping stones towards my dreams. I embarked on a journey of self-improvement, constantly upgrading my skills and learning from my experiences.
?? One of the turning points in my journey was when I landed a training opportunity at a small web development agency in Noida UP. It was an incredible opportunity for growth, allowing me to work on real-world projects and learn from some of the best minds and companies in the industry like AP Web World and Pranav Jha and esoft Solutions, CodeYeti Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Astrotalk) and Puneet Gupta, Ashish Jindal . The experience was invaluable, and it fueled my motivation to excel even further.
?? I have spent countless hours honing my website design and development skills by doing freelance projects and worked for 12-18 hours to learn and earn more as i was the sole earning for my family. It wasn't always easy; there were moments of doubt and frustration when progress seemed elusive. But I never let those obstacles define me.
?? Today, I'm proud to say that I've come a long way as a Software Engineer. My path was far from easy, from getting a salary in 4 figures to 6 figures. but it was marked by perseverance, resilience, and an unyielding passion for technology. I've had the privilege of contributing to more than 100+ amazing websites web applications and highly scalable projects as well as working alongside talented individuals who've helped me grow.
?? I share this not to boast, but to remind all the fresher and junior developers that your past doesn't dictate your future. No matter where you come from or the challenges you've faced, you have the power to shape your destiny. Every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow.

?? The journey from struggling to thriving has taught me that success is a product of continuous learning, hard work, and unwavering determination. It's a testament to the incredible support I've received from friends, mentors, and colleagues who believed in me.
?? So, I encourage all fresher and junior developers who are struggling in their journey to keep pushing forward, never lose sight of your dreams, and remember that your journey is uniquely yours. Embrace your challenges, learn from them, and let them fuel your success.
i understand this tough time for all the newcomers and freshers as the market has been in bad shape and hiring is very less compared to last year but the best thing about time is it changes always so keep upskilling yourself and keep your chin up.
?? Let's keep reaching for the stars because, with resilience and passion, there are no limits to what we can achieve. ????
