I find the concept of ‘the future of work’ very captivating. I can literally spend hours discussing the countless possibilities of this domain. Lately, I have been wondering about the future of leadership, and I’ve had some really interesting thoughts that I would love to share with you. ??

I feel there would be a groundbreaking change in which managers lead their teams. In fact, I firmly believe that merely managing will not be enough in the future. Managers will have to turn into visionaries to drive growth and stay ahead in the future. ??

So, let’s dive deep into this discussion and see how we can transform ourselves into future leaders and stand out from the crowd! ??
