1 年Love it. I've been fascinated lately by the new "Adulthood" - Stanford, and University of Chicago now have senior leadership programs where those on the brink of retiring go back to school and focus on what to do after one's resume does not count later in life (aka 'retirement'), since we are living longer. To #1 above - we need to start re-defining what it means to retire in this country, and how that plays into wellbeing and a joyful 2nd chapter of life!

1 年Thanks for continuing the conversation around the loneliness epidemic and its connection to our whole health.? In the five years since launching our wholeness screening, more than 12 million patients have been screened. The top trends we’ve seen in these conversations are loneliness, stress and grief – all of which are undeniably interconnected with our physical health.? Caring for the body, mind and spirit, not just a physical illness, is key to helping people feel whole.
