From The Lean Startup to The Startup Way

We’re just under one month away from the release of my new book, The Startup Way. As hard as writing a new book is, as most authors will tell you, the work doesn’t stop when the final draft gets turned in to the publisher. The past few months, I’ve been busy planning out a tour, doing some early media, and developing bonus content to help readers of the book.
