Whoever mentioned, ‘the world is full of opportunities’, rightly said so. As soon as a prospect thinks about #communities , #schools , #restaurants, #parks and begins to explore a few #apartment websites, they are flooded with #information .?

3] How did the Property Manager/Agent solve queries the prospect had in mind?

5] Will they take care of the Residents like how they do of the Prospects?
6] Should I be taking a few #referrals from the community?
?While the Agents would hurry you in finalizing an apartment, write down whatever queries that come to your mind. Sit down and talk about it to the Property Manager or the Agent. Unless you are sure, do not make a decision. And people who deal with all kinds of properties can be the real problem solvers.?
