These changes will impact all sectors, reshaping societal norms, economic indicators, development strategies, employment patterns, consumption habits, and political landscapes.
During extensive travels across the country, encompassing diverse modes of transport from rickshaws to trains, I have witnessed unmistakable trends reshaping the very fabric of Indian life. These changes, spurred by the relentless march of digitization, manifest across realms as varied as culinary habits, consumer behavior, familial structures, dating, ownerships, and leisure pursuits.
While we continue to celebrate Indian diversity, which remains captivating in myriad ways, it's also striking how a growing sense of commonality is emerging among a vast population, spanning diverse regions with distinct cultures, cuisines, economic statuses, and occupations. This trend is a clear indicator of ongoing transformation in our society.

A surge in demand for convenience has relegated home-cooked meals to a rarity, replaced by the ease, affordability and variety of food delivery services. Busy schedules and a craving for diverse cuisines have transformed dining habits, reshaping the role of kitchens. The kitchen, once the heart of the home, could soon be used for storage or as a study.
