From Intrapreneur to Entrepreneur

Closing the year, I was recently ask to join Bali Tourism Institute  (STP unit Kewirausahaan) as a lecturer on Hospitality and Entrepreneurship. 

Under the new Tourism Ministry direction, graduate of STP tourism institute to develop a sense of Entrepreneurship and perhaps even directed to build business that focus on tourism or hospitality industry.

Entrepreneurship is such a desired opportunity for millennials, the dream to work for their own and build their business entity such a lucrative proposition and with the success of Unicorn startups in Indonesia, now it's even more desired.

Little been taught that the road to reach such achievement is a long and rocky road. Hence the idea of Entrepreneurship must be developed in a ecosystem that develop through collaboration across businesses. 

On my recent open class session, I discussed the importance to have a entrpreneur mentality whether the road to entrepreneur is the ultimate choice or a career in hospitality world is their desired path.

To be the one that brings differences, new ideas , simple executable ideas that bring values to the business and eventually helps them to climb the career path as an innovator & game changer.

These has been the value that I have been practicing through my entire career and share with everyone that have worked together or on my entrepreneur speak opportunity.
