My Journey to Eraconneckt?

As a law student passionate about community development and digital transformation, I have always sought opportunities to create meaningful change. Joining Eraconneckt as an intern was a natural fit. Their mission to connect African youths to opportunities and promote a digital workforce resonated deeply with my goals.?

I began my journey with Eraconneckt during their Workforce Readiness Program, where I contributed to capacity-building initiatives and supported outreach programs to empower vulnerable communities. My involvement grew over time, and I’ve been fortunate to see firsthand the impact of our efforts on individuals and communities.?

I’ve had the chance to work on diverse projects, from digital marketing campaigns to community capacity-building workshops, all while being part of a supportive and encouraging team.?

Exciting Aspects of My Role?

One of the most exciting projects I’ve worked on is the Workforce Readiness Program (eWFRP), which equips young Africans with in-demand digital skills such as data analysis, graphic design, and project management. It’s inspiring to see how these skills empower participants to secure jobs, launch businesses, and transform their communities.?

I’ve also been involved in planning Open Forums across African countries. These events create spaces for dialogue on critical issues like unemployment and digital inclusion, bringing together stakeholders from across the continent to forge actionable solutions.?

How I Have Developed My Skills at Eraconneckt?

Through my time at Eraconneckt, I’ve gained valuable skills in project management, strategic planning, and community engagement. Working alongside seasoned professionals and varied interns has allowed me to refine my ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver impactful results.?
