Throughout my career, I’ve focused on developing competencies, whether as an HR leader or a consultant for startups and institutions. However, working with faculty members was a new and enriching experience. The session emphasized that skill development is not just for students or professionals—it must start with educators, equipping them with the right tools and frameworks to lead by example.

This workshop aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which focuses on building capacities in faculty to create research-driven, value-based, and socially relevant learning environments.

• Challenges in ADC Implementation – Managing bias, ensuring standardization, and fostering adoption.
• Sustainable Models for ADC – Building long-term systems that deliver results.

• Q&A and Faculty Quiz – The most fun and engaging part: a role-reversal quiz where the faculty became learners!

Gratitude and Key Learnings

It was heartwarming to see the faculty members participate so enthusiastically in the discussions and exercises. The openness to new ideas and frameworks reinforced that learning never stops, no matter where you are in your journey.

Reflections as a Woman Entrepreneur in Skill Development

As a woman entrepreneur, every experience—whether it’s in HR consulting, psychometrics, or faculty development—adds another layer to my understanding of people, processes, and impact. My journey with Vinicio Adivisory is rooted in the belief that skill development and employability are essential for building sustainable communities.

This session was a reminder that leadership is about giving back to the ecosystem that shaped you. It was a moment of self-reflection—from being a student immersed in learning to now guiding others on their journey. The experience left me with a sense of gratitude, fulfillment, and renewed commitment to making a difference in the space of education, employability, and skill-building.
