Our health AI chatbot is proving to be an invaluable resource for collecting evidence on healthcare problems within our user community. Through thousands of interactions, primarily via the WhatsApp channel, we’ve gained insights into the specific health issues users face.?
Our analysis revealed that many users expressed concerns about female fertility, including painful menstrual symptoms, false pregnancy signs, and conditions such as fibroids and endometriosis. This data confirmed an urgent need for services that go beyond information, aiming to support potential diagnoses and treatment options.
To address this need, we partnered with the NGO ONG SOLIDAIRE CONTRE LE SOPK SCSOPK and launched a highly successful campaign raising awareness about PCOS, guided by insights and advice from medical specialists.

As part of the PCOS campaign ran during the month of September named "Semptre Turquoise", our platform proved to be effective in facilitating connections between doctors and patients:

- 183 teleconsultations booked, with 107 successfully delivered
- Prescribed treatments included 10 prescriptions, 3 at-home consultations, 11 lab tests, and 31 ultrasounds.
This evidence supports our belief that teleconsultation serves as an effective starting point for any patient journey. The feedback we’ve received further emphasizes this point; after surveying 45 patients, our Service NPS stands at 8/10.

In addition to facilitating consultations, our platform offers a seamless process for digital payments and record delivery. Patients feel empowered as they navigate their healthcare journeys with ease. Our commitment to providing a streamlined billing process, adapted to mobile money and card payments, ensures instant access to the documentation needed for insurance reimbursements. This capability is not just a convenience; it represents a significant win for our patients.
Aiming for Holistic Healthcare Solutions
Our goal is to deliver health services that meet the genuine needs of our community. In September, we onboarded 10 new practitioners—including psychologists, herbalists, dermo-cosmetic specialists, and more—to provide complementary, wrap-around care for new patients following their PCOS-related treatments. This expansion ensures that patients receive well-rounded follow-up support through our tech-enabled telemedicine platform.
