From Hidden to Heard

????????? This past weekend, I attended a powerful healing and transformation event. The energy in the room was electric, and I felt so grateful to be part of it. ??

Halfway through, we were asked, “Who would like to be a demo for some healing?”

??♀? Everyone raised their hands, including me. But then, something shifted. I felt an intuitive message, clear and undeniable, saying, “You’re going to be called.” A wave of nervousness washed over me, I had no idea what I needed healing for, only that there was so much stirring within me. So, I cowered in my seat, ?? feeling confused, wondering, “oh no, why me?”

And then, it happened. Row 7, third seat. My seat.

??♀? As I stood up and walked to the stage, they asked, “Which area do you need healing?” I felt uncertain and just said, “I don’t know.” Then, another message came: Ask for your pancreas. I know this might sound unconventional to some, but in that moment, I trusted it.

What happened next was incredible—a deep surge of energy, a feeling of release and pure uplift. My whole body vibrated, tears formed in my eyes, and a huge, unstoppable smile spread across my face. ??

Standing in front of that crowd, I realized that visibility often feels daunting because we’re unsure what it might reveal. We wonder if sharing our truth will resonate. We question how much impact we’re really making. But here’s what I learned: visibility isn’t just about being seen, it’s about letting people into your world in a way that feels real, and that has the power to move them.

?? Share from a Place of Realness, Not Perfection People connect with what’s real. When you share, let your audience in on your journey, the highs, lows, and all the discoveries in between. This honesty is what draws people in and keeps them connected.
