6 个月Great post Ivan Palomino. I actually only partially agree though. HR must take the lead in AI transformation because it is going to reshape work and the way we manage work. As you mentioned HR can also greatly benefit as a function (and finally get rid of all these useless tasks too many HR people find themselves busy with. However, i would be more cautious on the mental health side. AI is not there and when it comes to mental health I would definitely not count on AI to replace real human interaction and the benefits of professional help. Yes, it may help proactively identify burnout risks and therefore help HR work with management on appropriate mitigations, but let’s not have a machine replace the psychological approach needed here! I an sure you will agree with that!

6 个月Absolutely, huge amount of opportunities in HR. Automating low value tasks, assessing and understanding people and even with coaching (we've created an amazing coach in a project that I ended up using all the time myself :)). Have you tried hume.ai? You can sign-up for free and you'll be amazed at how good it is understanding intent and emotions from text/video/audio. Super powerful stuff
