From Here to There-Come Join Me On a Journey

As you know I have dedicated myself to making a difference in several senior housing companies. In every case the culture of each company was not born in a boardroom, but in the heart of the leadership modeling the vision. As goes the leadership so goes the company.

I am on a quest to continue to be part of the industry’s inspiration for breakthrough thinking, innovation, and middle market solutions. I am happiest engineering new visions, innovation, prestige and continuing being a trendsetter. My mission is to create a culture and build teams to reestablish the personal relevance of our residents. I continue to look outside our industry to find answers and always question the established norms. There is more work to do and new ground to break.

Where is “There”? It is a quest not to be the biggest in Senior Living, but to excel in providing care and creating environments where seniors can find meaning and purpose in their lives. I want to partner with team’s who want to make a difference, value people, and be intentional about growing personally.
