Now that renovations are almost complete in the 116-unit Briggs Houze, we've got our eye on the progress of the 2,700 sq ft 1st floor retail space. A new storefront is in place and custom glass will be installed in the arched window in the next few weeks.

This amazing space, just a few blocks from Comerica Park in Downtown Detroit, is available for lease. Contact me for more details. In the meantime, check out our blog to see more renovation photos.
