From Graduate to Product Engineer in 18 months

Lidia Beltran just graduated from our Global Graduate Program. 18 months has passed and she’s now ready to dig her heels in back in Mexico.

“The Global Graduate Program was an amazing experience that not only gave me exposure to different cultures and industries, but also helped me define what type of person, team member and leader I want to be” - Lidia Beltran.

Lidia spent her three rotations in three different countries (Mexico, Germany and Italy) and three different business areas (Seals, Marine and Automotive). She’s now settling down as a Product Engineer, with the Seals Product and Technology Development team Mexico, and will design seals for new products and coordinate projects in the department.
