From Goals to Growth: The 'Agile Executive Manifesto' in Action ??

A couple of years ago, as I embarked on my journey in Agile product development, I had the incredible fortune of being mentored by Yvonne Pomstra , who had been recognized as the RTE of the Year. Her guidance was instrumental in shaping my approach and understanding of Agile principles.

One of the most impactful recommendations she made was to read "Agile Focus in Governance: Pocket Guide for Executives in Transformation" by Marjolijn Feringa and Jeroen Venneman . This book introduced me to a game-changing concept: the Agile Executive Manifesto.

Here’s what the manifesto emphasizes:

Despite the manifesto's clear benefits for fostering a responsive and collaborative work environment, I've noticed that many senior executives are still unfamiliar with it. This surprises me, especially considering how effectively it enables teams to unlock value and swiftly adapt to radical changes. ??
