Why We Partnered with the Cambridge Food Bank

Our office chose to partner with the Cambridge Food Bank because its mission aligns perfectly with our core values of compassion, service, and community engagement. Supporting more than 17,000 families, the Cambridge Food Bank plays a vital role in addressing food insecurity in our area.

In June 2024, we collected more than 1,000 pounds of perishable and nonperishable items, providing essential support to more than 25 families for a week. This partnership not only allows us to tackle a critical issue in our community but also reinforces Express’ commitment to enhancing the overall quality of life. The Cambridge Food Bank is a trusted and impactful organization, and we recognized the importance of teaming up with a partner with a proven track record of making a tangible difference.

Through this initiative, we've also strengthened relationships with our clients. They now trust us not only as a staffing solution but as a partner in positively contributing to the community we all share.

Small Actions Equal Meaningful Differences

We recently wrapped up our Thanksgiving drawing for employees and are thrilled to announce Pinal, one of our dedicated team members, was the lucky winner! Pinal received a $50 grocery gift card. Her reaction was incredibly touching, and it was heartwarming to see just how much the recognition meant to her.
