Let me tell you my story…

A story of how I went from a small-town grocery shop... to running a firm that helps business owners gain control over their finances.

It all started back in 1997.

I was just a kid. 12 or 13 years old.

I grew up in a small town called Sikandrabad in Uttar Pradesh. Ever heard of it? Probably not. But for me, it was everything.

My father? He ran a grocery shop that had been in our family for 80 years. 80 years! By 1990, we were one of the big players in town. A huge bank limit. A lot of money flowing through the business.

Things were good. Really good.

But then… everything changed.

After my grandfather passed away, my father took over. He gave it his all. But within 7 or 8 years, we were drowning in debt. Not just a little debt—20 to 25 lakh rupees! Can you imagine?

It felt like watching a giant fall.

As I got older, I started asking questions. I had to know... how? How did we go from being so successful... to being buried in debt?

I remember one day, I asked my father straight up: "Dad, what happened? How did this all go so wrong?"

His answer? It changed everything for me.

He said, “I understand my customers… but I don’t understand business finance.”

Wait, what?

My father... the man who ran this shop for years... didn’t know how much stock to keep? Didn’t track debtors or creditors?

And the worst part? Even our consultants couldn’t explain it.

That was it. My aha moment.

Right then and there, I decided: I’m going to do something about this.

I needed to learn the financial side of business. Because it’s not just important... it’s everything.

So, I looked for answers. That’s when I discovered CA—Chartered Accountancy. It was like a lightbulb went off. CA wasn’t just any education... it was the education. The most powerful one in finance.

But it wasn’t just about my family anymore. I started thinking... if this could happen to my father, it could happen to anyone. Business owners everywhere could be making the same mistakes. Taking the same risks... without even realizing it.

That’s when I knew. This was my mission.

Today, I help business owners understand their finances. I give them the tools they need to make decisions that won’t just keep their businesses afloat... but help them thrive.

Because here’s the truth—running a business without understanding your numbers? It’s like steering a ship blindfolded.

And no one deserves that.
