Following another great year in business, Jay Hollands, Jacob Fortescue, and Jeremy Taylor are proud to announce that they have become the new owners of the long-respected market leaders in Flat Roofing, Sussex Asphalte. The multi award-winning firm with over 74 continuous trading years has been delicately passed over to its new owners with the support of Julian and Matthew Coulter. The grandsons of the founder Joseph Secchi, who are now working as part time consultants to the firm, have expressed their ambition to see the company reach its milestone 100th anniversary in business and the new Directors look forward to celebrating that achievement, together. “We are happy and reassured that our family firms future is secure and in safe hands.” Remarked Julian and Matthew.

The family bonds that define Sussex Asphalte will continue to thrive under the new ownership of Jay, Jacob and Jeremy as these qualities also form the foundations of their other businesses within the Kingsley Group including Kingsley Roofing London.?Working together, they have plans to grow the business further in this chapter, utilising Kingsley Roofing (London) reputation for securing large and prestigious jobs and pairing it with their other businesses including Kingsley Roofing Southern to really bring the very best to all jobs, all under one roof.
