From Empty to Fulfillment: A Career Transformation

“I set my sights on a global career, life abroad, financial security and success - and I achieved it all. Along the way, I found love in a wonderful husband and became a mother to our precious daughter. But in the whirlwind of accomplishment, I lost sight of something vital: myself. The spark in my eyes has faded, life's joys seem distant, and spontaneous moments with friends and creative endeavours have become rare.

By signing the contract with my current employer and being in my third year of a 5-year contract, instead of feeling the fulfillment I’d hoped for, I’m feeling lost, and I feel the pressure to sit out my contract because I feel like a failure if I don’t. But what I’d really like to do is find a way out of my current career with the least possible damage and light myself up again from the inside-out.”?
