Frustrated, I'd turn to tools like Grammarly or ChatGPT to polish my writing. It was exhausting, and I knew something had to change.

One particularly grueling email session, as I was yet again rewriting a response for the umpteenth time, a thought struck me: What if I could flip this process on its head? Instead of me drafting emails and then using AI to improve them, what if AI could take the first pass?
