Surrounding yourself with good, diverse and more talented people than you is essential because it teaches Gratitude and Humility. Learning from my mums' sacrifices and mental health sickness has taught me:
?? "principles are the foundation", determination, resilience, courage, and the value of love
but also has show me:
??the value of each opportunity, to give them and the importance of staying humble like those players & the importance of focusing on nurturing diverse talent, fostering an inclusive environment, and celebrating each team member's unique contributions and success.
By appreciating the hard work and struggles of those who came before us, you can grow also as compassionate individual and by learning from setbacks, personally I can be bold in choosing who do I surround myself with professionally, even if they are more intelligent, diverse and talented, if they are not "good people" the social impact and legacy I leave will not align with my principles.
As Leaders we have a responsibility to create an inclusive future, each team member deserves a chance to shine, be wise.
