It's about finding that sweet spot where your work flows, your creativity soars, and you still have time to enjoy life's little pleasures (like that second cup of café con leche). Let's break down the S.O.U.L. system:
Simplify
Robin Sharma talks about "learned minimalism," and let me tell you, he's onto something! In my journey from the bustling streets of Santiago to the cobblestones of Edinburgh, I've learned that less really is more.
Action Step: This week, identify one area of your life to simplify. Maybe it's your workspace, your to-do list, or even your wardrobe. Remember, a clutter-free space leads to a clutter-free mind!
Organise
Organisation isn't just about color-coded calendars (though I do love a good color-coding session). It's about creating systems that work for you.

1 个月Love this Claudia Romero. It is so important that we search out and find what works for us, in life and in business. So far this month I've worked for a couple of days, where I do 30 minutes in each of my activities. Surprisingly, I felt less tired, and I had a sense of achievement. I decided that I will do this a couple of days each month, and gradually increase it. Thanks for sharing your S O.U.L. system once more.
