A Transformational Year Ahead ...
The new year will be a transformational one for Qumu as we proceed down the path of integrating our business with Enghouse Systems under the merger agreement we announced December 19 of last year.
Obviously, we are still very early in this integration process. There will be more to share about how we will be operating the combined business after the transaction closes. That is currently expected to happen next month.
What I can say with confidence today, though, is that at both Qumu and Enghouse, everyone is deeply committed to realizing the benefits we expect this business combination will bring for our people, partners and customers. Collectively, we are being extremely thoughtful about how we combine our respective resources to optimize the outcomes for our customers, partners and teams.
In the meantime, it is business as usual at Qumu.
Customers and partners can and should continue to reach out to their familiar Qumu contacts.
... And A Breakout Year in the Books
Thanks to the concerted efforts of the entire Qumu team, we had a strong finish in 2022.

With a record level of contract renewals and healthy growth in key customer relationships, we achieved our targets for the year.
We also set ourselves up nicely for the new year, entering 2023 with a strong backlog of professional services engagements.
And we continue to add marquee names to our roster of customers.
A signature win in the fourth quarter was a new three-year contract with a $16 billion agricultural sciences and technology company. This company will be relying on Qumu for webcasting large scale events to their employees worldwide. Their workforce truly spans the globe, encompassing offices, research and development facilities and agricultural field stations all over the world.
In addition, this win attests once again to the compelling power of our network of partners. Critical to earning this opportunity was our proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with an enterprise content delivery network provider with whom we share multiple customers.
Kudos again to the Qumu team for delivering an outstanding 2022.
The progress in the past year was enormously gratifying.
The opportunities ahead are enormously energizing.
