When I started to work back in the 90s, we could not get any information real time about our performances. We created campaigns, implemented them and had to wait sometimes several months to see the results. Today we live in a real time world and you expect information right now, right here. As I have mentioned several times before in my various articles, we are on a journey and we cannot go back.
Today, in the rapidly evolving business landscape, we are constantly seeking innovative methods to enhance team performance and productivity. The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has ushered in a new era of data-driven decision-making, offering us unprecedented insights into the dynamics of our teams in real time. AI-driven analytics and performance management tools are transforming how we monitor, assess, and improve team performance in real-time.
So, I thought it would be interesting to explore the potent combination of AI and leadership in elevating team performance through personalized support and development strategies. In most of my articles I mention sources where I get the information, with this article, it is purely based on my own experience.

AI technology has the capability to analyze vast amounts of performance data, identifying patterns and insights that might elude even the most observant leaders. This data can encompass everything from project completion rates and individual contributions to more nuanced aspects like team collaboration dynamics and employee engagement levels.
