From Craft to Generator

We as a society are witnessing another trillion dollar theft to feed a few Silicon Valley psychopathic criminals. During the 2000's it was the billion dollar criminals. But due to inflationary policies of the past two decades to prop up a failing financial system it has evolved to a trillion dollar theft. It appears again rank n file masses will fall for the crime again. This seems harmless and no one is physically hurt. Copyright I.P theft is the discussion.

I came across two articles that define the situation. Our society of sheeple have been so indoctrinated by the tech giants that individuals can't see the old fashion 'flim flam'. They apparently don't know the 'three card monte street hustle'! The human conditions of ego, pride, narcissism, delusion, envy, jealousy and finally ignorance will get them again. For the record ignorance not Pharma,, Tech, Energy, and Drugs is the biggest business on the planet. All of those thrive on ignorance and make the profit on this other category of willful ignorance.

During the social media genesis we gave our data away in the new factory of D.I.C aka DIGITAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX that the smart phone launched. I call it the 'dumb phone' because all of us were the dummies using it while working without compensation to build their digital brains aka The Algorithm' to create trillions for the Silicon Valley boardroom. Now the Facebook/IG for example allow 2% - 7% organic reach without a boost aka ad buys. So why did individuals spend all the time building followers that now can't be reached? We could say the first time we were clueless but not this time it is on us!

Again, the music industry is being assaulted. However, now it is the individual quote unquote independent artist. I do not use the word independent and artist together anymore. The word independent meant something different twenty five years ago when I started. Now it is a #MARKETINGADAGE. The verbiage must be updated. For this article let's use the 'HUNGER GAME' artist. Most of the output that is generated from these people is never really heard! It is driven by those human conditions of ego, narcissism.

Now we are about to tune into the flood..... The tsunami of 2024 and onward. With the unleashing of A.I music generators it is about to make 2010's output to 2020 look like a mere tidal wave. I can now reflect in 2016 when I was prepping our 4 Portraits release by the record label Prohibition Entertainment, I spent time reconnecting with DJ's on my internal list. At peek I had over 2000 plus DJ's on my list globally. A credible taste making DJ on the west coast told me he was getting 1500 plus songs a week. I thought that was a lot of songs but in retrospect that was a beginning that I noticed.

I came across two articles in music business world wide dot com. The first one dated 5/13/24 was: THE TRAIN HAS LEFT THE STATION - AI MUSIC PLATFORM UDIO IS ALREADY IS ALREADY SPITTING OUT TEN SONGS A SECOND. I said OMG the floodgates are open. The platform UDIO is financed by Andreesen Horowitz. He led the funding of ten million dollars. The company is led by ex Google employees from Deep mind A.I division. The fascinating thing is Andreesen Horowitz is the same that said Generative A.I models should be permitted, under US law, to freely ingest copyright music. In his own words of the submission to the U.S copyright apparently he said, I am imposing the cost of actual or potential copyright liability the creators of A.I models will either kill or significantly hamper the development. Now please riddle me this if these A.I creators are doing such innovative work then why do they need the copyright material one and if they do why not pay for it because obviously without it your quote unquote superior A.I system will be hampered! Why can't us numbed down sheeple see beyond the haze? What they are doing is not innovative! From my perspective it is 'THEFT OF SERVICES'! Other noted investors are United Masters and Will. I. AM of Black Eye Peas fame.

The incomprehensible stat of 600,000 people tested the platform in two weeks of availability is not the bombshell! The crucial stat is the users are creating 'TEN TRACKS PER SECOND'! 864,000 tracks a day which leads to six million tracks a week! The big question is how many of them end up on music streaming services? Will the alleged 'fingerprint technology' be available so the original copyright owner be rewarded its share of any monies? This means the courts are involved and the lawyers get a chunk of the money! How much does the artist or label receive?

Also in the article it brought up a company called stability A.I that is being sued by Getty Images in the U.S and U.K because it used 12 million Getty controlled photograph without permission while it is building a competing business. Also, in France, Google is being fined 250 million Euro after finding out that Google's A.I chat bot Gemini had been 'trained' on stolen material! Again I say is this innovation or a crime spree? I know that 'we the sheeple' do not like this level of clarity and reality! Apparently there is a consistent historical moral and ethical crisis in Silicon Valley!

My issue is why must Silicon valley be the only ones who get paid? What is that all about? Why is it a consistent feature in their business model design activities to steal others sweat and toil? It is quite obvious that the penalties are to soft and minimal! The penalties are not punitive enough! What do we do? I say we must make the fines or penalties so punitive that it would be cheaper to do business above board from the beginning! This one sided business philosophy is obvious in the tech boardrooms. We must ramp up the cost to be a criminal!

We have left the level of craft and artistry with UDIO. This is why I am focusing on this so immensely. UDIO is a generator not a producer of songs. That is a historic shift in the business design of the music industry going forward! Let's look at the definition of Generator and producer.

• Generator - Production of something. A dynamo or similar machine that generates something.
• Producer - a person responsible for the financial and managerial aspects of making of a movie/broadcast or staging a play, opera. etc.

Now I hope we understand the difference.

In closing, I am stating that these songs/tracks or output that are generated from a criminal activity and that all who uses them even out of obvious ignorance should be charged so then they can go back to the real criminals and say what are you doing? Most individuals want to stay in the boundaries of the law but the of the law but the Digerati boardroom isn't a place that respects law. All of this false innovation is criminal acts in my view. The same way the Treasury department got Al Capone on income tax may be the Silicon Valley should be handcuffed once the penalties are much more punitive. I am stating these A.I song generators are organized crime activities. Stay tuned!

P.S - I was so proud of Scarlett Johansen for fighting back with Open A.I! Again, if what they are doing is so innovative why after Scarlett Jo said no that Open A.I still went ahead and utilized her voice print. So how innovative are these A.I firms? I still say they are criminal and disrespectful of others work and Human I.P. This God complex must be exposed for what it is! The sheeple must speak up! If you have seen the 1939 movie classic the Wizard Oz then it should be obvious about the Digerati which is pushing this A.I innovation on the backs of the billions of humans. My final message is pull back the curtain! Remember the end of the Wizard of Oz. It was a big illusion that ended up a delusion.
