From Corporate to Rustenburg Club Engage Franchise

Margaret Mtetwa is one of the newest franchisees at Club Engage having bought into the franchise in Rustenburg. Margaret leads three Club Engage aftercare and holiday care centres based at; Fields College, Kitsong Independent School and Lebone II - College of the Royal Bafokeng.

Discovering Club Engage

Margaret has a degree in Business Administration, a National Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting and a deep passion for child engagement. Driven by her dedication to creating environments where children can thrive, Margaret left her corporate job and found a career where she could create nurturing spaces where children could flourish. She has expertise in running a transport service and sleepaway camps for children. This extension into a Club Engage franchise is another way for her to add value to her local community which she already provides support for.

Margaret was drawn to Club Engage through her love of working with children and Club Engage’s core values. She says that children have the purest hearts and being able to be part of their growth and development during their early stage of learning is what she loves most about working with children.

She believes that Club Engage is set apart from other aftercare and holiday programmes due to the REACH curriculum and the policies and procedures of the business.

Margaret has short-term and long-term goals for Rustenburg; the short-term goal is to bring the three sites to full capacity and in the longer term, expand the business securing more sites for the Club Engage aftercare and holiday programme in Rustenburg.?

When it comes to working with the parents of the children in her care, she intends to observe, listen and serve the needs of their children.
