If you have read today's Gulf News, you might have come across my article.


My point in the article is that with the advent of AI, you will start to see RoboCalls being made.


It's a new form of cold calling and not really healthy for a brand.


Because if you look at what all the top brands in the world are doing, you can see that Apple, Nike, Google, Tesla or Unilever don't engage in cold calling.


Instead they build brands through social selling and by exhibiting their values.


Some of these brands have also been able to build large communities around their brand.


The future of marketing is community building.


And the faster you engage in community building the better.
