Apple's co-founder Steve Jobs once recalled the influence of his adoptive father on his life, stating that Paul Jobs, a machinist, shaped his love for craftsmanship and attention to detail. Paul Jobs taught his son the value of hard work and craftsmanship, instilling in him a passion for electronics and mechanics from a young age. This early influence played a significant role in shaping Steve Jobs' approach to product design and innovation throughout his career.

This is one of many stories where dads have inspired or influenced their children's lives through their presence and words.
?
This newsletter celebrates those fathers and single mothers who fulfill the roles of dads, striving each day to provide a better future for their children. We pay tribute to those fathers who may be emotionally reserved but sacrifice countless hours outside their homes to ensure their children live quality lives.
?
Today, we acknowledge fathers who use the same wallet for years but ensure their children receive new watches on every occasion.
?
However, a father is more than just a provider in someone's life. It's unfortunate that we often overlook this aspect and fail to discuss it.
?
A father is not only there to feed you or provide a luxurious life but also to impart life lessons from their experiences. They share their shortcomings to guide you in life. Admittedly, their advice and sometimes scolding may seem harsh and unbearable, but with time, we realize that "Dad was right."
?
While fathers are often misunderstood figures in our lives, it's sad that by the time they have fulfilled their duties and can spend quality time with their children, much time has passed. Their children are no longer the innocent little kids they once were but independent individuals leading their own lives.
?
Here's to all those dads who have been misunderstood throughout their lives, who may have been absent due to responsibilities but have showered their children with immense affection and care. Here's to the fathers whose hearts trembled with excitement and emotions when they held their child for the first time. Here’s to the ones who had to bear the loss of their child. Here's to the fathers who feed their kids with their own hands. Here's to those who can and cannot express their love for their child.

Here’s how our team’s life has been influenced by their fathers
Muhammad Umar Zafar: My father has been a great influence on my life and my outlook on things. It is not just because of the things that he said to me, but perhaps more through my own observation of his dealings with people. Indeed, he was a people's person. Very strong minded, but extremely compassionate. For someone with his physical strength and overpowering presence, the softness that he exuded on sensitive matters touched my heart and soul, as I am sure it did of many others who interacted with him. It shaped my own outlook and personality, even as I watched him quietly, as if from the sidelines. We never had much opportunity to discuss values and principles, but then we didn't need to. I just had to observe him and know him to understand that one's values matter more than any material gains.
Hamza Khan: My father always told me to be honest with your work whatever you are doing and always be loyal.
Simra Waheed: My father worked very hard to provide the best of everything to all of his daughters. I remember him telling my mother “uss sy kaho parhly, marks ache lay aye, job dhoond lay” (ask her to study properly, secure good grades and find a job)
Umer Farooq: Be patient and always try to listen to what others have to say. Try to resolve the issues or conflicts with discussion and cooperation
Nabeeha Shahid: Baba always says: 'Keep your heart clean and always be kind. Do your best but leave the results in the hands of Allah. Trust Him, He will do what is best for you.'
Rehan Sheikh: My father was always supportive and never prescriptive; I remember a moment when I completed something related to my hobby that I was really passionate about. He looked at my work and was really impressed by it and at the moment he said "Son, If you have any talent, never let it go. Keep pursuing it with all your heart".
Happy Father's Day!
