From Class to Real-Life

Few days ago, Sota Solutions Ltd & Educa IT invited our students from The Leigh UTC to visit their data centre facilities at the Kent Science Park, with the intention of seeing how the topics we are teaching cohorts in Year 12s as part of their BTEC Level 3 course, translate into real-world examples. Informative lectures were backed up by a tour of Sota’s own data centres.

Driven by curiosity, students showed great interests in discussion topics brought by in-house experts and partners of Sota like Kayo Digital Limited, experiencing first-hand what it takes to build and support a school or businesses technology and IT systems.
