From China to the rugged Cornish Coastline - Managing Director, Mark Howard, plans his next adventure
Mark Howard, Managing Director of the Puckator group, has started his next challenge of walking the Wales Coast Path - an impressive 870 miles from Chester in the north of England all the way around Wales and back in to Chepstow, in the south.
Puckator Head Office is located in East Taphouse, Cornwall, which means the beautiful coastal path is only a stone's throw away! The perfect choice for an adventure, spanning rugged cliffs, white sandy beaches, estuaries, engine houses and lots of wildlife.
Back in 2019, Mark drove an astonishing 14,000 miles along the Silk Road from China to Cornwall to raise money for charity. His thirst for #challenge continued and he didn't let the pandemic get in his way. So, he decided to walk the coastal path around his home county of #Cornwall. He then continued this adventure and extended his walk around the beautiful coastal path around the rest of #SouthWestEngland .
The South West Coast Path is the UK's longest way-marked long distance footpath and National Trail - 630 miles from Minehead to Somerset, taking in the coastal views of #Dorset, #Devon and Cornwall.
Mark took 44 days to walk the 630 miles of #CoastalPath including 35,000 metres of climbing - the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest four times!

Time for the next challenge - The Wales Coast Path
Mark has started his next challenge of walking the Wales Coast Path - an impressive 870 miles from Chester in the north of England all the way around Wales and back in to Chepstow, in the south. But he isn’t planning to stop there, as he wants to link his walks by carrying on from Chepstow to Minehead, adding another 70-80ish miles to the distance.
