Today was an Awesome Day at the DART Network... For me it was really the culmination of my Road trip with #TruckerWayne... As many of you recall I spent a week on the road to become more engaged with what our Valued Drivers and IC's are facing in the New Supply Chain COVID19 World ...
The trip was an eye opener on multiple levels, one I am most proud of was my increased engagement with our fleet. Wayne said it best, don't just email out updates, "Get Involved and Reach out to the Fleet" to gain their opinions on the "State of Trucking" at the DART Network! That said, what was the most eye opening was we honestly felt we already had a "Top Shelf" Compensation Program, with Great New Affordable Trucks, Aggressive Accelerator Driven Pay Packages and our Industry Leading "Settlement on Demand Program." Well, after returning back from my trip, I spent the next couple weeks making and taking calls to and from our IC's and Company Drivers and what was painfully obvious....As Great as we perceived our Accelerator Pay Program to be.... It was simply to difficult to understand and due to the timing of deliveries etc. it was too difficult to bring home consistently HIGH Weekly Income.... Well Today that all changed...
Here's the Skinny on our New Lease Loyalty Program...
New Base IC Mileage Pay $1.05 loaded and $1.00 Empty: This is a .10/CPM Increase New New Fuel Surcharge Program-- This is an .08/CPM Increase That's an .18 CPM Increase in your pocket on Every Single Loaded mile!!!
Next, on to the Truck Leases... 2020 KW or Freightliners: Was $2695/Month... Now $2200/Month Savings of $495/Month Old Maintenance Escrow was .11 CPM Now .06 CPM.. Savings of $500/Month... These two Enhancements Reduce Payments and Escrow by $995/Month....
2019 KW or FreightLiners: Was $2495/Month... Now $2100/Month Savings of $395/Month Old Maintenance Escrow was .11 CPM Now .07 CPM.. Savings of $400/Month... These two Enhancements Reduce Payments and Escrow by $795/Month....
2018 KW or FreightLiners: Was $2395/Month... Now $2000/Month Savings of $395/Month Old Maintenance Escrow was .11 CPM Now .08 CPM.. Savings of $300/Month... These two Enhancements Reduce Payments and Escrow by $695/Month....
2017 KW, Volvo or FreightLiners: Was $2395/Month... Now $1900/Month Savings of $295/Month Old Maintenance Escrow was .12 CPM Now .09 CPM.. Savings of $300/Month... These two Enhancements Reduce Payments and Escrow by $595/Month....
These Packages are Strong and Real... .18 CPM back in our IC's pockets and reduced payments and Escrows of up to $995/month! There is noway possible with our Strong Freight Network that a IC will not be successful with this new Compensation Package when combined with the Lease Loyalty Program!!!!
Eligibility: 1.) Any DART Network IC who is in a 2016 or Older Lease Truck and is ready to upgrade into a newer more cost effective unit... OR Breaking News!!! Yes, if you already have a 2017-2020 DART Lease, we are going to lower your payments and increase your pay too...
2.) Any DART Company Driver with 6 Months @ DART who wants to enter our Lease Program
3.) Any IC Presently in another Companies Lease Program looking for a Better Platform to be a Successful Business Owner! Transfer to DART Today!
4.) Any Company Driver presently working for another carrier willing to Join the DART Network as a Company Driver for 6 months will qualify for the Loyalty Program....
Finally, to Help our Company Drivers or # 4 above.... We are also increasing your pay by .03-.06 CPM this means every single Driver @ the DART Network will make no less than .40/mile with 6 months experience and @ 12 months you can become an IC.... On Top of all that we lifted the CAP for Company Drivers to .55/mile!
What's Next... My Team will be looking @ our Percentage Fleet Pay Programs and our VP of Fleet Operations Rich Kallman will be heading out on the road with one of our DART Team Members to continue our Entire Executive Teams Re-Engagement with the Fleet!!!!

4 年Sir you are doing something that most CEO's would never think of doing......I commend you on your quest to become more engaged with those who not only keep America supplied but also put food on your very table! There is a quote in the US Army DRILL Sergeant Creed that says " I will lead by example, never requiring a soldier to attempt any task I would not do myself ". That is what your doing and it WILL pay off!

4 年While I do not see many Dart Trucks in this area. Possibly unlike many of the other companies they just are not catching my attention. And that could be they recognize the Slow Down Move Over Laws and they move over for Tow Trucks as well. Please keep this in front of them as I was nearly struck numerous times last night by truckers who even though they could not move over due to the fact I was working in one lane. They did not reduce their speed and flew by throwing up rocks which were in the roadway due to the accident. I got hit at least a couple of times by the pebbles. Yes, they sting and it wasn't 4 wheelers this time. It was truckers who had plenty of time to slow down. There were 3 marked police cars staged up to 150 feet back. Plenty of time, yet these TRUCKERS didn't CARE. I believe DART has a better record then many other companies. The drivers do seem to CARE...
