Congratulations on your amazing achievement, Sai Kamal! How did you manage to secure the highly coveted internship stipend offer and a job offer from Amazon?

Thank you so much! I was offered an internship stipend of 1.1 lahks per month and a job offer of Rs 44 LPA from Amazon. It is a great opportunity for me to work with experienced professionals and learn from them. It's like a dream come true, and I am thrilled that I am going to be a part of such a reputed company.

How did you prepare for the recruitment?

My preparation was supported through several training sessions held on my campus. Most of my time used to be devoted to practicing coding problems. I was always keen to understand the theoretical concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms. I took several practice tests to improve my problem-solving skills and prepare myself for the recruitment process. Understanding coding concepts is crucial for success in the tech industry. It helped in building a strong foundation and tackling complex coding problems with ease. I spent a lot of time focusing on Algorithms' theoretical concepts and practicing coding problems.

What techniques did you use to solve coding problems, and could you describe a difficult problem that you had to overcome?

My approach to solving coding problems was to break them down into smaller, more manageable components. I would then use lateral thinking and focus on each component one at a time. One particularly challenging problem I had to solve was a complex sorting algorithm. It required me to think critically and come up with an innovative solution. Through my persistence and focus, I was able to solve the problem and gain a better understanding of the problem-solving process. I did a lot of certification learning related to data and algorithms and certifications that help me remain clear on so many concepts.

How did certifications help you in your career?

I focused on concepts and got certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Azure AI Fundamentals. The certifications helped me to gain a deeper understanding of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. I think that these skills are in high demand in the industry, and having these certifications made me more marketable to potential employers. They also provided me with valuable knowledge and skills that I can use in my career.

Can you tell us about a project that you are particularly proud of during your time at KLH?

One project that I am particularly proud of is a website that I developed with a team of fellow students. The website was designed to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills and talents. We worked on it tirelessly, and I was proud of the final product. It was well-received by people, and it gave me a sense of satisfaction to see the impact that our project.

Share some experiences or moments that stood out to you during your academic journey, and how they helped you in achieving your current success.

Joining KLH Hyderabad campus was a major turning point in my life. I am grateful to my faculty members and mentors for their constant support and guidance. Campus recruitment training sessions helped me to prepare myself for the dream job offer. ??Practically working on projects, time spent in labs, peer support, and motivation of friends; there was a lot of industry exposure and guidance that helped me to achieve my goal. And above all, my parents have been a constant support and guidance to achieve this milestone in my life.

My advice to fellow students who are aspiring to achieve success in the field of computer science is to focus on developing a strong foundation in coding concepts and problem-solving skills. Spend a lot of time practicing coding problems and take advantage of any opportunities to gain practical experience. Don't be afraid to ask for guidance from your teachers and mentors. And most importantly, never give up on your dreams, no matter how challenging the journey may be.?
