I had a really eye opening conversation with Zoe Scaman this week, who is the author of the exposé on the ad industry from a few years back called Mad Men, Furious Women that went viral. She is in the process of doing something similar on being a mother. So far, the stories she has been sent are not good. AT ALL.?

Therefore, if there are any pregnant women, women on maternity or returning to work after maternity in your organisation, please consider buying them a ticket.?
