Who is Duncan Kreeger?

Duncan Kreeger is a leader in the property finance industry with over 20 years of experience.

Starting his first business at just 17, Duncan has since built and sold a £120m valuation firm, managed over £500m in private capital, and completed more than £3bn in secured loans. Now, as CEO and founder of TAB, Duncan focuses on creating accessible investment opportunities for a broader range of investors.

Founded in 2018, TAB is a property finance and investment platform where investors can choose from a marketplace of investments, including fractional property and secured loans. With new funding lines in place, TAB leverages technology to drive competitive lending rates and improve accessibility.
