From Botswana to the World: Diteemane tsa Rona Represents Africa in Engineering Competition

Destination Imagination Africa, Inspiring young girls from around the world will gather in Kansas City, USA, for the Global Finals of STEAM Education Competition. They have used their engineering knowledge and tools to develop and implement solutions for the challenge's designated use cases.

Since STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) resources and possibilities for young people in Africa are so limited, their accomplishment is all the more impressive. In spite of all of this, Diteemane tsa rona has proven time and time again that they are a talented, passionate, and dedicated group of individuals.

Diteemane tsa rona's prototype has been presented an opportunity to present at the upcoming World Engineers Day celebration by President Madam Linda Moseki of the Southern Africa Federation of Engineering Organization (SAFEo) and Engineers Registration Board.
