From being one of its earliest adopters as customer #4 while at GIA to wearing the ServiceNow -? Solution Architect hat in 2006 and waving the ServiceNow flag till today - I’ve been there, seen it, and boy did a LOT of it!?

The Humble Beginnings?

Picture this: a time when ServiceNow was the new kid on the block, bursting onto the scene with a promise to reinvent business operations. Its superpower? ITSM - turning IT chaos into organized, streamlined magic. But here's the kicker: even though it was wowing everyone in the ITSM arena, I always knew something more extensive was in the pipeline.

Guess what? I was right! ServiceNow wasn’t just about ITSM. It was a sleeping giant, a flexible, robust platform ready to mold into whatever an enterprise could dream of. And as the years rolled on, the world began to see ServiceNow’s true colors. We weren’t just fixing IT problems but crafting intricate workflows, boosting productivity, and championing innovation across all sectors. High-five, ServiceNow!

Fast forward to today, and it's a standing ovation. ServiceNow isn’t just in the limelight for its ITSM prowess but as a game-changer, a platform shaping the DNA of modern businesses. IT? HR? Customer Service? You name it, ServiceNow’s got its groove on.

Thank you for the trip down memory lane. I started my first ServiceNow job back when Dublin was the release. Missed the season name releases by about 2 or 3 years. I was heavily involved in BMC Remedy at the time when I made the switch to ServiceNow space. Extremely happy I made the switch as it has opened a lot of doors.
