Since our inaugural event in 2016, the customer contact landscape has undergone a remarkable transformation. From the early days of chatbots ?? and omnichannel strategies ?? to the rise of AI and digital transformation, accelerated by a global pandemic ??, our industry has continuously evolved to meet the ever-changing needs of customers.
?? This journey has been about more than just technological advancements—it's about empowering human connections through innovation. Every year, we've brought together industry leaders, visionaries, and innovators to share insights, learn from one another, and shape the future of customer contact together. As we reflect on the milestones that have defined the past decade, we're also looking ahead to the next era of opportunities and challenges. ??
We are incredibly proud to have hosted this event year after year, and we look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new ones at CCW ANZ 2025.
